1、冷却风扇非正常运转：冷却风扇转换开关置于手动位且没有运转的，将转换开关置于自动位；冷却风扇故障时，卸载停机，待冷却风扇故障处理完毕后，再使用该机组。2、机组进水阀没有开启：打开进水阀。3、冷却风道百叶窗关闭或滤网脏堵：打开百叶窗或清洗滤网。4、冷却水系统中有空气：加水、排气。5、冷却水量不足：补加冷却水。6、机组负载过大：降低机组负载。7、冷却水管路堵塞：分段检查冷却水管路，排除堵塞物。8、柴油机水泵或节温器故障：更换水泵和节温器。9、报警电路故障：检查报警电路，消除故障点。10、集中式冷却塔检查门开启：关闭检查门。
